Effective lozenges
I bought it for myself and always take it. Previously, I had it in picolinate form, but I decided to try these lozenges and I'm not disappointed at all. They have a lovely taste and soften the throat while dissolving.

Quick sore throat relief
This is an essential item in my medicine cabinet, especially as the pandemic continues. When I have a sore throat, I take one capsule in the morning after breakfast and another in the evening with zinc glycinate and quercetin with bromelain. By the next morning, I feel fine! 😘
